This 5 Micron Replacement Water Filter for the Osone™ 1.0 HP Pro Chiller is a particle filter to catch dirt, sand and other fine debris that may be passing through your water system. It can be located inside the clear tube when opening the "UV Sanitation Filter Device" door on the side of the chiller. It is recommended to replace the filter once every 30 days for optimal efficiency. Particle filtration is key for the chiller to operate effectively. If you are experiencing longer than normal cooling times or the chiller temperature is not able to reach the levels required, the water filter likely needs to be replaced.
