Return Eligibility: Our refund policy covers a period of 30 days from the delivery date.

Damaged Upon Arrival: If product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can ship a replacement and follow up with the trucking service to file a claim. Please provide your order # and proof of damage with your claim. Wear and usage on the product will not qualify as returnable. 

Return Shipping: If your item qualifies for a return, please ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in their original package and in their original condition. If the product is not in its original state it will not be eligible for return. Any alterations or modifications of the product will not be eligible for return and will be void of warranty.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items not in their original condition. Our Cedar Barrels are not eligible for return due to their shipping requirement. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact info@theOsone.com. We will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

  1. Contact info@theOsone.com for a return shipping label.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent any damage in transit.
  3. Ship the package to the address on the return label. Include the original order # so we can properly identify and refund your return.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.  Please remember it can take additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
  5. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
