FAQ
Can I buy the HydroTub separate from the Chiller?
Yes, you are able to buy all of our products a la carte. We have customers who have bought the HydroTub during the cooler months and come back to purchase the Chiller for the summer months.
How easy is HydroTub to setup?
The HydroTub takes 5 minutes to setup. It's as easy as opening the package, removing the plunge from the carry-all bag and inflating with the included inflatable pump. Inflate the lid as well and you're ready to go.
How easy is Chiller to setup?
Chillers come with all necessary parts and instructions for setup. In a nutshell, there are 2 tubes connecting the Chiller to the HydroTub. Within the Pro Chiller, the filter and UV sanitation are pre-installed so you just need to connect the 2 hoses on both ends. The Chiller can be setup in 10-15 minutes. You'll need another 15 minutes to fill the HydroTub with water and you're ready to start cooling.
Can the products be outdoors?
The HydroTub can absolutely be outside. The Chillers can also be outside and we highly recommend putting them both under cover. For longevity purposes, all items should be under a covered area to prevent direct sunlight and direct exposure to the elements. Outside temperature directly affects cooling times and chiller output so keep this in mind during setup. Chillers operating indoors have proven to use less energy and are better protected from the elements and can increase longevity.
