Shipping policy
The purpose of this document is to ensure you have a full understanding of our official policy around shipping and delivery of your purchase through Osone™.
In exchange for the purchase of products from Osone™, you agree to be bound by the following conditions:
- Parties. We will refer to Osone® as a DBA based in the State of Delaware as "Osone", “us” or “we” or “our”, and we’ll refer to you, the undersigned (electronically or by hand) or person who has clicked “I Agree” to this Agreement, as “you”, “the Buyer”, or “your”.)
- Acceptance of Shipped Goods “As Is”. By accepting the products from your purchase with us and not filing any claim or report about the defect of the goods within 7 days of receipt, you hereby accept the goods “as is” and in the condition you receive them. Should you have any issues with your product or products, you must notify us within the first seven business days of receipt and refer to our Warranty Agreement for the appropriate next steps. We are here to help you, but you must be in immediate communication with us in order for us to be able to.
- Shipping Within the 48 Contiguous States. We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states. The cost of shipping is already included with the purchase price of your order.
- Shipping Lead Time. We fulfill orders (Monday through Friday) with a delivery timeframe of 3-6 business days unless otherwise stated. The cut off time for same day fulfillment is 10AM PT. Orders after 10AM PT will be fulfilled the next business day. If a major holiday lands on what would normally be a business day, an extra business day is added to the delivery timeframe. We strive to keep these lead times as accurate as possible, though they are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or congestion in the shipping network. If the lead time changes after the order has been placed, prompt communication will be provided.
- Delivery Complete. Delivery of your order will be deemed completed once your item’s tracking information is shown as delivered to the address provided. You will be able to track your purchase via a tracking link sent to your email address upon shipment. Your order may show up in one or more boxes depending on the items ordered.
- Inform Us Immediately. In the event that any part of your delivery is damaged or malfunctioning, please report it to us immediately. If we do not hear anything from you within 7 days of receipt, we will assume all has been delivered and free of damage.
