PRO Chiller
The Pro Chiller comes with 1.0HP and UV-C Sanitation.
Built on wheels to position with ease and keep off the ground. Cools as low as 36°F.
Ultraviolet light is used as a form of water sanitation.
- Disinfection and Sterilization: UV light is effective at killing or inactivating microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and mold. In cold plunge chillers, UV lamps are often incorporated into the filtration system to disinfect the water. This ensures that harmful pathogens do not grow or thrive in the cold water, making the experience more hygienic and safe.
- Prevention of Biofilm: Cold plunges can develop biofilms — slimy layers formed by bacteria. These biofilms can affect water quality and even clog filters. UV light helps to break down and prevent the formation of these biofilms by killing the bacteria that contribute to their formation.
- Maintains Water Clarity and Freshness: By killing microorganisms and preventing the buildup of organic matter, UV light helps keep the water clear and fresh, improving the overall experience of the cold plunge.
UV-C light in cold plunge chillers helps maintain clean, hygienic water. It enhances safety, improves water quality, and ensures the longevity of the system by preventing the growth of harmful microorganisms.
Able to reach temperatures as low as 36°F as quickly as 3-5 hours from setup. Once initial temperature is reached, effectively maintains temperature with twice the cooling speed of a 0.5HP Chiller.
A micron rating refers to the size of the particle a filter can effectively capture. A 5-micron filter can capture particles such as dirt, sand, debris, and microorganisms that are 5 microns in size or larger. It helps keep the water clean by removing visible debris, larger microorganisms, and particles that might affect water quality or comfort.
The smaller the micron #, the finer the debris being captured from entering your cold plunge.
Built on wheels, off the ground for effortless mobility and reduced exposure to debris and moisture.
Cooling Power
Cooling rates are fastest when water temperature is at its highest. Chiller will cool faster earlier and slower as it's reaching 40°F.
Ambient temperatures have a dramatic effect on cooling rates. Chillers placed indoors will cool faster than outdoors especially during warmer months.
The Benefits of Cold Water Immersion are real. Feel the difference for yourself.
Better Mood
Cold plunging triggers the release of endorphins, helping improve your mood, reducing feelings of anxiety and depression.
Stress Reliever
The shock of cold water activates the body’s stress-reducing mechanisms, helping you feel more relaxed and focused afterward.
Mental Resilience
Regular exposure to cold temperatures trains your mind to stay calm and composed under pressure, boosting mental toughness.
Improves Circulation
Cold water causes blood vessels to constrict, which improves blood flow and helps deliver oxygen throughout the body.
Enhances Recovery
By reducing muscle soreness and inflammation, cold plunging helps speed up recovery after intense workouts.
Reduces Inflammation
Cold exposure constricts blood vessels, which helps decrease inflammation and swelling in the body.
Improves Skin Health
Cold water can tighten pores, promote blood flow to the skin, and enhance appearance by helping clear out toxins.
Better Sleep
Cold plunging helps regulate body temperature, triggering a natural drop in core temperature, leading to better sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions
How easy is setup?
The Pro Chiller comes with all necessary parts and instructions for setup. A set of tubes connects the Pro Chiller to your Cold Plunge. The UV Chamber and Filtration are built inside the side compartment of your Chiller. Setup can be as fast as 90 seconds (please refer to our youtube video).
What are the power requirements?
The Pro Chiller uses a Standard 120V Outlet. We recommend using an isolated GFCI outlet, if possible.
How often should I change the filter?
Reusable Filter - Clean once a week to prevent debris build up.
Replacement Filter - Replace every 2-4 weeks based on water quality.
Can the chiller be outside?
OSONE Chillers can be outside and we highly recommend putting them under an awning or lanai. To increase the life of the chiller, the chiller should be under a covered area to prevent direct sunlight and exposure from the elements. Outside temperature directly affect cooling times and chiller output so keep this in mind during setup and positioning.
Chillers operating indoors have proven to use less energy and are better protected from the elements which can increase the life of the chiller. For any additional questions, feel free to chat in!
Why regular filter maintenance is vital for chiller longevity?
Maintaining your chiller’s filter regularly is not just a routine task; it's essential for prolonging the unit's lifespan and ensuring its efficiency. Here's why:
- Preventative Measure: Regular filter maintenance acts as a protective shield for your chiller. It prevents dust, dirt, and other impurities from accumulating, which can cause the system to work harder than necessary.
- Avoid Expensive Repairs: When filters aren't changed frequently, debris can build up, leading to potential damage. This not only results in costly repairs but can also render the chiller inoperative for extended periods.
- Energy Efficiency: A clean filter allows for optimal airflow, reducing energy consumption. This means your chiller won't have to expend extra energy to maintain temperature, resulting in lower utility bills.
- Optimized Performance: Keeping the filter clean ensures the chiller operates at peak performance. This means consistent, reliable cooling for your needs without unexpected breakdowns.
- Warranty Protection: Neglecting filter changes could void your warranty so we highly suggest frequently replacing your filter in order to keep your cold plunge chiller operating at it's optimal level.
In summary, regular filter maintenance is a small investment that reaps significant benefits. It's a crucial step in ensuring your chiller remains functional, efficient, and cost-effective for years to come.
