What if my cold plunge inlet and outlet connections are 1/2"?
No problem. If you have a female 1/2" connection into your cold plunge, you can buy a pair of 1/2" male to 3/4" male stainless steel adapters which will connect right into these shut-off valves. Most hoses are 3/4" female so the other end of the shut-off valve will connect directly into your hose.
Do I need plumber's tape?
Plumber's Tape is not included but recommended where piping is NPT. Most hoses are NPS and do not require plumber's tape. Most stainless steel adapters are NPT and will require plumber's tape on the threading.
