FAQS
How does UV Sanitation work?
Our UV-C sterilization system uses specific light wavelengths to neutralize 99.9% of waterborne pathogens. As water passes through the stainless steel housing, it is exposed to high-intensity UV light that destroys the DNA of bacteria and viruses. It’s a chemical-free, odorless way to maintain pristine water quality, so you can focus on the cold, not the cleaning.
How often should I replace the UV lightbulb?
For peak performance, we recommend changing your UV bulb once a year or when the green light on your electronic ballast goes out.
